UmSenAuto also had to rethink due to the Corona pandemic – yet our network continues to operate successfully, only in virtual form instead of personal workshops.
Review
During the network’s two-day kick-off event in January, initial project approaches were already developed. These were recorded in a joint “roadmap”. The intention was to work out the ideas in full-day workshops during the first phase of the network, but this approach was no longer possible due to the current corona pandemic. In the short term, therefore, the workshops were moved to virtual meetings lasting several hours.
Network Phase I
The first workshops thus started in April, whereby a first concrete idea already became a project, which is now being further worked on as a ZIM cooperation project and is about to be submitted. The second topic has also been concretized in the meantime and the consortium is currently working on it. Probably it will be the first international project of our network – even in the Corona times a cross-border, European cooperation is possible.
What happens next?
More ideas are in the pipeline and are waiting to be developed. We look forward to working on them in the second half of the year – either virtually or in person.
